Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art and form of stylized, meditative exercise, characterized by methodically slow circular and stretching movements and positions of bodily balance. It adds balance, flexibility, mobiity, range of motion and helps with relaxation. The Tai Chi that is being taught is modified and approved by the Arthritis Foundation. This evenings class will be safe and beneficial for everyone.
