Donated Baked Goods to Benefit Library's Summer Reading Program
We also encouraged families and children to spend some time at the Library by hosting programs in June and July. The 14 planned events attracted 991 people. The theme for 2009 summer reading program is "Be Creative @ Your Library". Preparations are already underway to make next summer’s programming exciting for children of all ages The summer reading activities, special performers and reading incentives are all paid for by donations from local business, individual library supporters and through the Library’s Election Day bake sales. The Library will be holding an Election Day Bake Sale on September 9, 2008 from 7 am until 8 pm. We are asking people to donate baked goods for the sale. Donors can drop off wrapped and ready to sell bakery at the Library on Monday, September 8 between noon and 8 pm or early Tuesday morning. Pricing of the baked goods will be done the day of the sale. If you are able to donate baked goods please stop by the Library, call 920-533-8534 or email director@campbellsportlibrary.org and let a staff member know we can count on your support.
